今天突然收到一本從amazon寄來的書 打開來看後發現是一本兩個多月以前放進購物車但沒有購買的書 裡面的收據上的購買日期是寫3/18 不過我已經大概兩三個禮拜沒有登入amazon了 一陣莫名其妙之後想說登入我的帳號去找order number來return 但密碼怎麼打都登入不了 重設了好幾次也不行 之後再另一個信箱裡面(不是登入用的信箱 是備用信箱) 看到一封amazon寄來的信 上面大概是說我的帳號被盜用了 所以他們把我的帳號關起來 不過奇怪的是 帳號被盜用了但也只買了這本書 還寄到我家 (我有查了我的銀行帳號 只扣除了這筆款項) 信是寫的落落長 但我看不太懂 因為收件資訊沒更改 也只買了這本書 為什麼amazom會知道我的帳號被盜用? 不知道有沒有人遇過這種情形? 既然帳號被關起來了那我需要回覆amazon還是什麼的嗎? 是不是照他所說的回覆他的mail直接reactivate我的帳戶比較好? 如果不想reactivate帳號那我要如何return這本書和拿回我的款項or帳號? (因為我沒有order number) 對了還有 我查了兩個信箱 再買完這本書之後都沒有任何的信件通知(junk box裡也沒有) 一般來說在上面買完東西都會寄一封mail通知你或是給你order number 但我甚麼都沒收到 所以直到今天收到書我才發現有這個order 麻煩有遇過這種情形或是知道如何處理的版友指導一下 感激不盡 最後付上落落長的信件內容 Greetings from Amazon.com.
