今天突然收到一本从amazon寄来的书 打开来看後发现是一本两个多月以前放进购物车但没有购买的书 里面的收据上的购买日期是写3/18 不过我已经大概两三个礼拜没有登入amazon了 一阵莫名其妙之後想说登入我的帐号去找order number来return 但密码怎麽打都登入不了 重设了好几次也不行 之後再另一个信箱里面(不是登入用的信箱 是备用信箱) 看到一封amazon寄来的信 上面大概是说我的帐号被盗用了 所以他们把我的帐号关起来 不过奇怪的是 帐号被盗用了但也只买了这本书 还寄到我家 (我有查了我的银行帐号 只扣除了这笔款项) 信是写的落落长 但我看不太懂 因为收件资讯没更改 也只买了这本书 为什麽amazom会知道我的帐号被盗用? 不知道有没有人遇过这种情形? 既然帐号被关起来了那我需要回覆amazon还是什麽的吗? 是不是照他所说的回覆他的mail直接reactivate我的帐户比较好? 如果不想reactivate帐号那我要如何return这本书和拿回我的款项or帐号? (因为我没有order number) 对了还有 我查了两个信箱 再买完这本书之後都没有任何的信件通知(junk box里也没有) 一般来说在上面买完东西都会寄一封mail通知你或是给你order number 但我甚麽都没收到 所以直到今天收到书我才发现有这个order 麻烦有遇过这种情形或是知道如何处理的版友指导一下 感激不尽 最後付上落落长的信件内容 Greetings from Amazon.com.
