Fabio Capello has hailed Real Madrid's new signings
Fabio Cannavaro and Emerson, but admits that
Gianluca Zambrotta's future lies at the Nou Camp.
“We've signed our two targets,” said the ex-Juve tactician.
“They are vital players for the squad –
important players and team players."
Capello說：「我們簽下了兩個目標，
他們是陣中不可或缺的球員，重要而已是團隊球員。」
"They are very competitive and I'm not worried about
their age because good players can carry on fine until they're 35.”
「他們很有競爭力，我不擔心他們的年紀，
因為出色的球員到三十五歲都能保持良好狀況。」
The Spanish giants confirmed that they had swooped
for the Bianconeri stars, but despite their best efforts it seems
that Zambrotta has evaded Capello's clutches.
“Zambrotta's not in our plans,” claimed Capello.
“He's a great player but Barcelona have already struck a deal with him.
We'll be fine if he goes there, we've got Roberto Carlos.”

The Como-born Azzurri star made 217 appearances for Juve and
boasts four Scudetti wins in addition to his World Cup winner's medal.
The Calciopoli verdict that sentenced the Old Lady to Serie B
brought his time at the club to an end, and prompted interest
from Chelsea and Milan as well as Spain's top two sides.
Although several key players are set to leave the Turin,
Gigi Buffon and Alessandro Del Piero have pledged their futures
to the club while David Trezeguet hasn't ruled out Serie B football.
