我在7/8 下單購買IH爐，當時候庫存還有三個，下單的畫面預計八月初到貨(賣家是Amazo n). 但是下單後一週 amazon uk一直沒出貨，我詢問線上客服，每次都回覆發貨中心有問題兩 天後回覆，但實際上都沒有回覆，這樣來來回回大概四次拖了三週，依然沒有出貨一直問 我要不要取消訂單，我都說那我等 八月初客服的回覆是說.目前沒有庫存要等一有庫存就會通知你. 8/12我看到這個商品有庫存問客服為什麼還是沒出貨.依然回覆48hr內會回覆你 8/18我再問一次客服為什麼還是沒出貨，A客服回覆新的售價已改變（the price has cha nged on the website might be this is the reason it is not dispatched yet.） A客服回完段線換B客服回覆（ I can totally understand that as you placed an order so you will expect a deli very date from our end so that you may have an idea about this order however w hen you placed the order we informes you that "Arriving:We'll notify you via e -mail when we have an estimated delivery date for this item."） 接下來我抱怨說 當初amazon 7月收了我的錢還不出貨給我這樣對嗎 B客服再斷線換C客服 （So now there is a difference in the price, earlier ite was ?706.19 and now the item is of ?769.71. Instead of waiting for this item you can re order the new item purple） 我回C客服語法有點錯誤因為太生氣了 （Amazon charge customers money , but price up you must to reorder pay more 60 ponds ?） C客服回覆 （I understand andy7839, let me just check what best I can do here to help you . I have just checked the details Purple, and the order says that your item was planned to ship 2020-10-01 due to availability. We have also sent you the e-mail about the same. So we have informed everythin g about this order to you.） 抱怨完畢：亞馬遜uk就是想要我取消訂單. 1.想請問各位資深鄉民如果應對 2.如果我取消訂單國際刷卡的手續費我要自付嗎 --
