我在7/8 下单购买IH炉，当时候库存还有三个，下单的画面预计八月初到货(卖家是Amazo n). 但是下单後一周 amazon uk一直没出货，我询问线上客服，每次都回覆发货中心有问题两 天後回覆，但实际上都没有回覆，这样来来回回大概四次拖了三周，依然没有出货一直问 我要不要取消订单，我都说那我等 八月初客服的回覆是说.目前没有库存要等一有库存就会通知你. 8/12我看到这个商品有库存问客服为什麽还是没出货.依然回覆48hr内会回覆你 8/18我再问一次客服为什麽还是没出货，A客服回覆新的售价已改变（the price has cha nged on the website might be this is the reason it is not dispatched yet.） A客服回完段线换B客服回覆（ I can totally understand that as you placed an order so you will expect a deli very date from our end so that you may have an idea about this order however w hen you placed the order we informes you that "Arriving:We'll notify you via e -mail when we have an estimated delivery date for this item."） 接下来我抱怨说 当初amazon 7月收了我的钱还不出货给我这样对吗 B客服再断线换C客服 （So now there is a difference in the price, earlier ite was ?706.19 and now the item is of ?769.71.
