標題[問題] ring city 購物問題

如題.我想請問一下.這個網站在結帳的過程中.
不會自動加上郵寄費用.一直出現:
We were unable to calculate shipping for your order.
Please complete your order and we will email you the exact shipping cost
before final processing of your order.
可是我一直沒收到e-mail通知.不知道那個環節出問題了.有人有類似的經驗嗎?
