标题[问题] ring city 购物问题

如题.我想请问一下.这个网站在结帐的过程中.
不会自动加上邮寄费用.一直出现:
We were unable to calculate shipping for your order.
Please complete your order and we will email you the exact shipping cost
before final processing of your order.
可是我一直没收到e-mail通知.不知道那个环节出问题了.有人有类似的经验吗?
