請問一下各位 我6月18日在國泰航空網站上購買了免稅品 約6月23日收到貨 但是我收到貨後 發現產品有瑕疵 所以我在6月24日就用EMS把產品寄回去 並提供電話 電郵給他們 並說明說我要換貨 EMS顯示他們在6月25日就收到貨了 我也有用電郵(英文)通知他們 可是到現在我都沒有收到任何回應.... 請問我該怎麼辦呢？ 　　我應該沒有遺漏環節才對阿 該公司退貨條款如下: Guarantee All items offered by CXcitement Online Shop are quality guaranteed.
