標題[問題] 關於revolveclothing的新客戶折扣

之前聽大家說第一次在revolve clothing消費，
可以寫信向他們索取newcustomer code，可以打七折，
我寫信給他們了，但他們回說
Thank you for your inquiry.
Yes, we do have a new customer discount.
You may place the order and email or call us with
the order/invoice number and we can take the discount off for you.
我不太懂的是，place order已經是付款步驟了，
所以是付完款，寫信給他們以後才會收到折扣的退費嗎？
