标题[问题] 关於revolveclothing的新客户折扣

之前听大家说第一次在revolve clothing消费，
可以写信向他们索取newcustomer code，可以打七折，
我写信给他们了，但他们回说
Thank you for your inquiry.
Yes, we do have a new customer discount.
You may place the order and email or call us with
the order/invoice number and we can take the discount off for you.
我不太懂的是，place order已经是付款步骤了，
所以是付完款，写信给他们以後才会收到折扣的退费吗？
