標題[問題] Victoria's Secret訂單的回覆問題

前幾天我趁著VS官網有打折&買泳衣有送金色TOTE包截止前下了訂單!
之前從來沒有自己在VS官網訂過任何東西!!!
這可是一大突破呢!!!
想說自己的堂妹在美國唸書,固定暑假會回台灣!!
所以就將東西寄送至她學校宿舍!而帳單是用我台灣的信用卡來付款!
但是~我今天收到來自VS官網的mail~

the following information is needed.

* The correct billing address (as it is on file with the bank)
* Verification of the shipping address
* A good day-time telephone number for the charge card holder
* A phone number listing for the shipping address

啥~不能直接回覆mail呀~
裡頭好像只是要確認一些資料!
會不會是東西買太多了!而要確認東西數量~
(因為我們小褲褲就買了16件~因為在特價嘛!有的是朋友的~)
我不太敢跟外國人對話~只好麻煩堂妹幫我打電話去了!
問題來了~
1.各位大大們之前有沒有碰過這種狀況呢?
2.可以請我堂妹幫我打這個電話嗎?!
3.打這個電話時有沒有要注意什麼嗎?
麻煩各位大大來解答了!
