标题[问题] Victoria's Secret订单的回覆问题

前几天我趁着VS官网有打折&买泳衣有送金色TOTE包截止前下了订单!
之前从来没有自己在VS官网订过任何东西!!!
这可是一大突破呢!!!
想说自己的堂妹在美国念书,固定暑假会回台湾!!
所以就将东西寄送至她学校宿舍!而帐单是用我台湾的信用卡来付款!
但是~我今天收到来自VS官网的mail~

啥~不能直接回覆mail呀~
里头好像只是要确认一些资料!
会不会是东西买太多了!而要确认东西数量~
(因为我们小裤裤就买了16件~因为在特价嘛!有的是朋友的~)
我不太敢跟外国人对话~只好麻烦堂妹帮我打电话去了!
问题来了~
1.各位大大们之前有没有碰过这种状况呢?
2.可以请我堂妹帮我打这个电话吗?!
3.打这个电话时有没有要注意什麽吗?
麻烦各位大大来解答了!
