來報告一下最新消息 7/4收到paypal來信說款項已經退回原來的帳號了 狀態是 Reversed Transaction 當天就跟賣家要求退款 結果賣家裝死 今天又再寄了一封他二個賣場的信箱加上他MSN的信箱 下午收到回覆 他說要退給我PAYPAL 要我給他PAYPAL帳號 我哪還敢要他的PAYPAL啊！ 我要求他退給我台幣 請他轉帳給我 剛收到他的回信 顯然是在拖延 這個賣家真的很機車XD 他回信如下︰ sorry, it's not my paypal, it's my friend's account and i don't have the cash any more, i give all to him also, because of your money return to his account which cost his account to be suspend, we will have to wait few more days until paypal remove the limited, i am sorry but i am out of money since i give it all to him, i only keep 0.50 TWD on every USD trade, in your case, $2000 X 0.50 = $1000 TWD i will have him to pay you and we will work it out but we need time, it's not our intend, we can't help if paypal fuck it up --
