来报告一下最新消息 7/4收到paypal来信说款项已经退回原来的帐号了 状态是 Reversed Transaction 当天就跟卖家要求退款 结果卖家装死 今天又再寄了一封他二个卖场的信箱加上他MSN的信箱 下午收到回覆 他说要退给我PAYPAL 要我给他PAYPAL帐号 我哪还敢要他的PAYPAL啊！ 我要求他退给我台币 请他转帐给我 刚收到他的回信 显然是在拖延 这个卖家真的很机车XD 他回信如下︰ sorry, it's not my paypal, it's my friend's account and i don't have the cash any more, i give all to him also, because of your money return to his account which cost his account to be suspend, we will have to wait few more days until paypal remove the limited, i am sorry but i am out of money since i give it all to him, i only keep 0.50 TWD on every USD trade, in your case, $2000 X 0.50 = $1000 TWD i will have him to pay you and we will work it out but we need time, it's not our intend, we can't help if paypal fuck it up --
