標題[問題] DV2020文件繳交詢問

大家好
第一次在此發文 有件事情很疑惑
我跟先生一起申請 序號25XXX 距離5月的處理序號還很遠
但我去年10月就收到繳交文件通知也在10月底繳交了文件
根據auto reply信件說法 我3-6周會收到回信說明文件處理狀況
一直到第6周我先生還沒收到回信於是寫信問了KCC
kcc客服告訴我先生
After sending documents to
[email protected], you will receive an
automatic reply to your email. If there are no attachments, the auto reply
explains there are no documents attached to the email. If there are
attachments, the auto reply explains we received your email and are currently
processing your documents.
但最近講起這件事情時
我先生發現當初auto reply沒有任何附件
我們也沒收到信件抬頭是"Documents Received"的信件
請問這樣是沒有收到我們的文件嗎??
還是只要有收到auto reply就代表有收到呢?
雖然序號很後面希望有點低 不過如果是因為文件對方遺漏而喪失機會就冤枉了...
請幫忙解答了 謝謝
