标题[问题] DV2020文件缴交询问

大家好
第一次在此发文 有件事情很疑惑
我跟先生一起申请 序号25XXX 距离5月的处理序号还很远
但我去年10月就收到缴交文件通知也在10月底缴交了文件
根据auto reply信件说法 我3-6周会收到回信说明文件处理状况
一直到第6周我先生还没收到回信於是写信问了KCC
kcc客服告诉我先生
After sending documents to
[email protected], you will receive an
automatic reply to your email. If there are no attachments, the auto reply
explains there are no documents attached to the email. If there are
attachments, the auto reply explains we received your email and are currently
processing your documents.
但最近讲起这件事情时
我先生发现当初auto reply没有任何附件
我们也没收到信件抬头是"Documents Received"的信件
请问这样是没有收到我们的文件吗??
还是只要有收到auto reply就代表有收到呢?
虽然序号很後面希望有点低 不过如果是因为文件对方遗漏而丧失机会就冤枉了...
请帮忙解答了 谢谢
