標題[問題] N400填表問題

請問我在前N400歸化公民的表格的時候，有一個問題是Have you ever been arrested
cited or detained by any law enforcement officer(Including any immigration off
ic
ial or any official of the US armed forces) for any reason?
我的問題是開車的罰單算嗎？我有一次被開罰單說我開車開得不好，我有去appeal，後來
那張罰單就被注銷就沒事了。還有另外一次是沒有停stop sign， 拿了張citation，還有
兩次拿了parking violation,這樣子的話這個問題是要填yes or no？如果填的yes的話，
是不是要拿出罰單或是什麼之類的證據呢？
