标题[问题] N400填表问题

请问我在前N400归化公民的表格的时候，有一个问题是Have you ever been arrested
cited or detained by any law enforcement officer(Including any immigration off
ic
ial or any official of the US armed forces) for any reason?
我的问题是开车的罚单算吗？我有一次被开罚单说我开车开得不好，我有去appeal，後来
那张罚单就被注销就没事了。还有另外一次是没有停stop sign， 拿了张citation，还有
两次拿了parking violation,这样子的话这个问题是要填yes or no？如果填的yes的话，
是不是要拿出罚单或是什麽之类的证据呢？
