不好意思，借這個標題問一下
我也是今年有抽
但我輸入Confirmation Number/Name/Year of Birth和驗證碼後
一直進不去，就是說我資料或格式不對 ><"
我很肯定我的confirmation number 是對的，
name 的說我是用 xx-xx/xxx 的格式（但後來try 了很多格式）
都進不去～
不知道有沒有人也有這種情況，要如何解決呢！
