不好意思，借这个标题问一下
我也是今年有抽
但我输入Confirmation Number/Name/Year of Birth和验证码後
一直进不去，就是说我资料或格式不对 ><"
我很肯定我的confirmation number 是对的，
name 的说我是用 xx-xx/xxx 的格式（但後来try 了很多格式）
都进不去～
不知道有没有人也有这种情况，要如何解决呢！
