標題[問題] Cambridge7 Test3的圖表

裡面關於東京的數據我不確定該怎麼表達
圖中的資訊大致是這樣:
和1989年的平均房價相比，
東京的1990-1995的平均房價下降7%，
但1996-2002的平均房價上升2%到只剩5%的下降。
由於是decrease升到最後仍然是decrease
我寫出來的句子自己看怎麼看都很彆扭，如下:
Compared with the aerage house prices in 1989,
Tokyeo had a dicrease of 7% in the mean between 1990 and 1995,
followed by a increase of 2 % to the decrease of 5% in the mean between
1996 and 2002.
大家有沒有啥好點子啊，我腦袋打結了
另外，我能說-7% increase或者a increase of -7%嗎?

1F：→ narwhale:由5%增加到7%我會說a increase of 2% form 5% to 7% 12/29 15:10
2F：→ narwhale:但可以用a increase of 2% from -7% to -5%嗎??? 12/29 15:12
