What bonus? What the NT can give to your team is the inestimable bonus of experience. Having players that gain NT experience will ensure a substantial boost to your team’s ratings. At the same time you get a 33% salary deduction from the base salary for every match your players plays for the NT. The downside is that your player might get injured, but this is also covered in the agreement you sign with Cyprus National Team as you receive the full salary of the player for each week of injury your player has if he is injured while playing under the NT colors. Then you will have a psychological advantage over your opponents: "WOW! He has a NT player!". Having the upper hand psychologically can win you part of the matches before they even start! Last but not least, you’ll have very good players in your team. NT players are not anymore about affording huge salaries. A top team can afford such players and will get extraordinary performance from them due to being multiskill players with lots of experience. 獲益?什麼獲益? 最根本來說，國家隊對你的隊伍帶來的最大影響就是更多的球員經驗。有著被國家隊比賽 經驗的球員將會顯著地提昇你的隊伍評級。 在此同時你所要付給那些為國征戰的球員的薪水將會降低33%(*註1)。也許你 的球員會碰到因國家比賽受傷的情況，但是別擔心，這段期間他的薪水將會由國家足協 全額支付。 而且你還能對你的對手造成心理上的壓制，「唔噢，對手隊裡有位國家隊成員。」 孫子兵法乃云，上兵伐謀也。 除此之外，你還能擁有個非常棒的球員。NT球員不再是只貼有天價薪水的標籤。 頂級球隊絕對能夠支撐NT球員的薪資要求，並且能從高經驗且多面手的NT球員身上 得到不間斷的精彩表現。 *註1，本國球隊將能獲得40%的減免 Structure But before you get to the advantages, you have to invest in your players, and that investment is training. Training for the NT is not as hard as it may seem. As long as you have a solid coach, 10 assistants and the will to train correctly you have what it takes to train players that might get to play in the NT. A player’s training timeline can be split into 3 big periods: - 17y-20y, the U20 period. This is when the players are usually trained in their primary skill. But, as you will see below, there can be exceptions. - 20y-27y, the intermediate period. This is when the player transforms into the MS player of your desire. - 27y-33y, the NT period.
