標題[討論] 藍白應該修法特別預算法律

眾所皆知 特別預算已經成為執政黨規避監督的預算方式
我認為藍白應該提出修法 修改特別預算的法律
除了以後不能亂提特別預算 必須嚴格的條件才能提
我還建議特別預算以後可以增加可以由民眾捐獻作為財源
譬如說可以開軍購樂捐專戶
開個軍購專戶給人民樂捐
如此一來 由人民決定軍購究竟該買多少
這樣大家就不用為軍購要花多少錢喬不攏了
愛抗中保台的自然就捐多一點
不想抗中保台的就不捐
這不是皆大歡喜嗎？
