啊哈哈，相信很多人都會看到這段文字搥心肝(我搥了1天多)
似乎很多人不知道寄信給客服格式範本在哪裡，
去巴哈爬也不知道爬什麼，
所以我就製作了一個懶人包給需要的人囉=)
想寫信給客服的人就繼續看下去吧，
以下參考自巴哈姆特yuien分享的文章以及自己。

重點來啦，寫信就要一次到位，一發入魂，不用跟他寄來寄去十八相送。
所以，直接告訴他：
我連絡過我的銀行它沒問題我檢查過我的電腦它也沒問題
唯一有問題的就是你那該死的預購網頁說我的卡有問題。
然後，再用力告訴他：
這是我提供一些我VIAS卡的資料跟小弟我的一點個人資料你就全都拿去吧。
----[Question]懶人格式開始----
Hello, I want to pre-purchase GW2,but the system says that
"The credit card information you entered was invalid. Please try again."
And I'm already calling to the bank to check my credit card.
And I also check the browser and my computer twice.
They seems to not have any problems.
I use visa debit card to pay.but it's not work.
Can you help me to solve this problem as soon as possible?
And I'll provide some imformation for you to find the problem with this
transaction.
I use debit card.The last 4 digits of the debit card is XXXX*(註一)
The card was issued in Taiwan.
- Card Type: Visa debit card
- Country where you are currently residing: Taiwan
- Billing zip code or postal code: 填你家的郵遞區號*(註二)
- E-mail address: 填你的依媚兒地址*(註三)
Hope can solve this problem as soon as possible.

註一：XXXX填你的VISA卡號後4碼 像是這樣"9527"
註二：像是這樣"Taipei City 115, Taiwan (R.O.C.)"
註三：像是這樣"

[Produc] ←選"Guild Wars 2"
[Category] ←選"Account Support,Billing"
[Department] ←選"Payment Support"
[NCsoft Account] ←沒有的話填None
[Game Account] ←沒有的話填None
[Operating System] ←填你的作業系統
填寫完畢送出後會跳出一個視窗
要記得選"I still need support"
我是4/29 05:16寄出的
寄出後會馬上(05:16)收到 Auto-Response 電腦自動回覆的信
再來(13:26)收到 Response Via Email (Vance) 人工回覆的信
最後(14:55)收到 Response Via Email (Steve S.) 人工解鎖24小時的信
