啊哈哈，相信很多人都会看到这段文字搥心肝(我搥了1天多)
似乎很多人不知道寄信给客服格式范本在哪里，
去巴哈爬也不知道爬什麽，
所以我就制作了一个懒人包给需要的人罗=)
想写信给客服的人就继续看下去吧，
以下参考自巴哈姆特yuien分享的文章以及自己。

重点来啦，写信就要一次到位，一发入魂，不用跟他寄来寄去十八相送。
所以，直接告诉他：
我连络过我的银行它没问题我检查过我的电脑它也没问题
唯一有问题的就是你那该死的预购网页说我的卡有问题。
然後，再用力告诉他：
这是我提供一些我VIAS卡的资料跟小弟我的一点个人资料你就全都拿去吧。

Hello, I want to pre-purchase GW2,but the system says that
"The credit card information you entered was invalid. Please try again."
And I'm already calling to the bank to check my credit card.
And I also check the browser and my computer twice.
They seems to not have any problems.
I use visa debit card to pay.but it's not work.
Can you help me to solve this problem as soon as possible?
And I'll provide some imformation for you to find the problem with this
transaction.
I use debit card.The last 4 digits of the debit card is XXXX*(注一)
The card was issued in Taiwan.
- Card Type: Visa debit card
- Country where you are currently residing: Taiwan
- Billing zip code or postal code: 填你家的邮递区号*(注二)
- E-mail address: 填你的依媚儿地址*(注三)
Hope can solve this problem as soon as possible.

注一：XXXX填你的VISA卡号後4码 像是这样"9527"
注二：像是这样"Taipei City 115, Taiwan (R.O.C.)"
注三：像是这样"

[Produc] ←选"Guild Wars 2"
[Category] ←选"Account Support,Billing"
[Department] ←选"Payment Support"
[NCsoft Account] ←没有的话填None
[Game Account] ←没有的话填None
[Operating System] ←填你的作业系统
填写完毕送出後会跳出一个视窗
要记得选"I still need support"
我是4/29 05:16寄出的
寄出後会马上(05:16)收到 Auto-Response 电脑自动回覆的信
再来(13:26)收到 Response Via Email (Vance) 人工回覆的信
最後(14:55)收到 Response Via Email (Steve S.) 人工解锁24小时的信
