想要問一下這題的第二小題當time quantum = 10
我不懂題目給的every millisecond issue an I/O operation是什麼意思
然後它給每個I/O operation 需要 10 個 milliseconds又是做什麼的
最後就是我看不懂他答案裡面給的 10*1.1 + 10.1
那個10*1.1又是什麼意思
有沒有大大了解這題的呢QQ
