想要问一下这题的第二小题当time quantum = 10
我不懂题目给的every millisecond issue an I/O operation是什麽意思
然後它给每个I/O operation 需要 10 个 milliseconds又是做什麽的
最後就是我看不懂他答案里面给的 10*1.1 + 10.1
那个10*1.1又是什麽意思
有没有大大了解这题的呢QQ
