標題[問題] 請問OP組成的 square root 和 natural log 電路

這兩個電路是在razavi電子學看到的
natural log電路

當Vin>0時，Vout就是分別執行natural log與square root
當Vin<0時，Vout>0，此時BJT和MOS應該是cut off，也就是說feedback是斷掉..
我看書上寫:Q1 cannot carry a "negative" current, the loop around the op amp
is broken, and
Vout approaches the negative supply rail.
It is therefore necessary to ensure Vin remanins positive.
小弟的問題在於黃色字的部份..實在想不透，為何說Vout會趨向negative supply rail？
既然 V+ > V- ，且feedback斷開，Vout應該是趨向positive才對吧？

5F：推 nick0000072:好讓輸出一直保持在負飽和 05/25 15:23
