标题[问题] 请问OP组成的 square root 和 natural log 电路

这两个电路是在razavi电子学看到的
natural log电路

当Vin>0时，Vout就是分别执行natural log与square root
当Vin<0时，Vout>0，此时BJT和MOS应该是cut off，也就是说feedback是断掉..
我看书上写:Q1 cannot carry a "negative" current, the loop around the op amp
is broken, and
Vout approaches the negative supply rail.
It is therefore necessary to ensure Vin remanins positive.
小弟的问题在於黄色字的部份..实在想不透，为何说Vout会趋向negative supply rail？
既然 V+ > V- ，且feedback断开，Vout应该是趋向positive才对吧？

5F：推 nick0000072:好让输出一直保持在负饱和 05/25 15:23
