標題[問題] sitemap無法上傳

我要上傳sitemap 都說被robots.txt擋掉
可是我用robots測試 sitemap.xml 沒有被擋
是我哪邊設定錯誤嗎?
以下是robots.txt內容(utf 8編碼)
User-Agent: *
Allow: /
User-Agent: Googlebot
Allow: /sitemap.xml
Allow: /
