标题[问题] sitemap无法上传

我要上传sitemap 都说被robots.txt挡掉
可是我用robots测试 sitemap.xml 没有被挡
是我哪边设定错误吗?
以下是robots.txt内容(utf 8编码)

Allow: /
User-Agent: Googlebot
Allow: /sitemap.xml
Allow: /
