標題[問題] 德國DHL寄東西的問題

因為我最近跟德國人買東西
想請他幫我寄回台灣
在DHL上查到的價格寄台灣是15.9歐(直接去郵局)
本來以為可以加3歐元會有保險(Service Nachweis)
可是根據德國人去郵局問的結果,只有下面3種方式
-around 10€ as a letter, that will be handed to you,
with a trackingnumber and insured up to 20€
-around 19€ small packet, no tracking number, no insurance
-around 42€ as regular packet,
with tracking code and insured up to 500€
第三種我知道 就是一般包裹, 想請問的是
第一種方式的話,東西是不是很容易摔壞? 因為我是買電子產品
第二種方式為什麼沒有保險,還是說Service Nachweis只有網路上申請才能加?
另外會不會很容易寄丟?
