标题[问题] 德国DHL寄东西的问题

因为我最近跟德国人买东西
想请他帮我寄回台湾
在DHL上查到的价格寄台湾是15.9欧(直接去邮局)
本来以为可以加3欧元会有保险(Service Nachweis)
可是根据德国人去邮局问的结果,只有下面3种方式
-around 10€ as a letter, that will be handed to you,
with a trackingnumber and insured up to 20€
-around 19€ small packet, no tracking number, no insurance
-around 42€ as regular packet,
with tracking code and insured up to 500€
第三种我知道 就是一般包裹, 想请问的是
第一种方式的话,东西是不是很容易摔坏? 因为我是买电子产品
第二种方式为什麽没有保险,还是说Service Nachweis只有网路上申请才能加?
另外会不会很容易寄丢?
