Mindfulness is a trendy term that many people use to describe being fully pres ent in the moment. There are exercises people use to notice their environment in greater detail so that they can become calmer and more aware of their surro undings and what they're feeling. You are an energetic person who finds it eas y to jump from one thought or even one activity to another. You sometimes find it hard to get grounded. Today, work at being more "mindful" of what is aroun d you, and try to find peace in that.
