標題[問題] GRE機考報名改期問題

網站上面寫說
You must reschedule or cancel your test no later than 3 full days before your
appointment (not including the day of the test or the day of your request)
所以只要在考試的前三天都可以改期嘛？
在網站上試了幾次都說預約晚於修改截止日期，麻煩知道的板友幫忙一下。
