标题[问题] GRE机考报名改期问题

网站上面写说
You must reschedule or cancel your test no later than 3 full days before your
appointment (not including the day of the test or the day of your request)
所以只要在考试的前三天都可以改期嘛？
在网站上试了几次都说预约晚於修改截止日期，麻烦知道的板友帮忙一下。
