標題[問題] 一題文法題（被動語態）

阿被動語態加上時態變化真的是太令人煩惱了…
最近看到一題有點困惑，請各位幫忙看看…

B.should have checked
C.should have been checked
D.should be checking
我知道一定不是BD
覺得應該是C
可是答案是A
