大家好 最近寫作的時候遇到，但寫不出來QQ
要怎麼用法文描述心靈成長？
avancer en esprit ?
第二個我完全沒想法...
另外偷偷問一下（感覺太基礎但是分不太出來
正在 的用法應該是au cours de
還是en cours de?
