標題[請益] 2017年1040NR退稅進度查不到？

大家好
小弟的2017年美國1040NR退稅表格在4/18用EMS寄達
但現在上IRS的網站還是查不到記錄
有人跟我一樣嗎？
另外，NRA可以用e-file報稅嗎？
