标题[请益] 2017年1040NR退税进度查不到？

大家好
小弟的2017年美国1040NR退税表格在4/18用EMS寄达
但现在上IRS的网站还是查不到记录
有人跟我一样吗？
另外，NRA可以用e-file报税吗？
