"Joey has undergone a series of tests at the Scripps Clinic in San Diego and here in Cincinnati, and we have more tests scheduled over the next few days," Reds head trainer Mark Mann said in a statement released by the club. "After those additional tests, we will be more prepared to discuss the cause of his dizziness." Recommendation: While we don't want to be alarmists, this is getting scarier. One possibility is that he could be suffering from some form of vertigo or Lyme Disease, not unlike the illness that waylaid Nick Esasky's career - but again, this is all in the realm of speculation.
