Muntari seals Pompey move

Udinese midfielder Sulley Ali Muntari has joined Portsmouth
after signing a five-year contract with the Premiership club.
五年約。
The Ghana international is understood to have completed a ￡7m move,
becoming the club's most expensive player in history,
even though the English club have only noted that he has arrived
for an undisclosed fee.
這名迦納國腳的轉會費據信是７ｍ英鎊，成為隊史最昂貴的球員之一，
不過 Portsmouth 沒有透露確切金額。
Muntari was specifically wanted by manager Harry Redknapp
and he's delighted to have finally got his man after he caught
the eye at Germany 2006.
他是主教練 Harry Redknapp 特別指名要買的球員，
Redknapp 在德國世界盃看上他，很高興終於得手。
“I saw him for the first time in the match between Ghana and Brazil
when he was the best player on the pitch,” explained Redknapp.
Redknapp 說：「迦納對巴西的比賽是我第一次看他踢比賽，
當時他是場上最出色的球員。」
“I have watched him three times since and he has been very impressive.
Ghana have one of the best midfields in the world and he is a regular
in their side, he has a great future.

“We had already tried to net him during the last two transfer windows,
but Udinese did not want to sell.”

The 22-year-old Muntari, Portsmouth's third signing after
the free captures of Sylvain Distin from Manchester City
and Charlton's Hermann Hreidarsson, had declared that he was excited
at the prospect of joining the English outfit.
“I am waiting for the day I will join Portsmouth,” he announced
after playing in a charity match at Fratton Park a few weeks ago.
“I want to play here.”
Muntari 幾週前在 Portsmouth 主場踢完一場慈善賽之後說：
「我正在等待加盟的那一天，我想在這裡踢球。」
