標題[問題] 用DB訂票

各位好，
我目前使用DB訂購從Paris到Frankfurt的TGV
價錢是39歐 後面有一個使用規則
Your connection includes a train for a place reservation is needed.
The fee for the place reservation is included in the total fare displayed.
A connection reservation is subject to a charge.
德文的版本是這樣
Ihre Verbindung enthält einen Zug, für den eine Platzreservierung erforderlich ist.
Der Preis für die Platzreservierung ist im angezeigten Gesamtpreis enthalten.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass eine Anschlussreservierung im Falle von Umstiegen im Anschluss kostenpflichtig ist.
之前聽說訂TGV或者是ICE是強制訂位 這樣我還要付訂位費嗎？
還是我必須要先買票 之後再補訂位費呢？
