標題[Talk] Between English and Chinese

My job requires English,
Not only talk but also read and listen.
Still most of the time I using Chinese.
Recently I found my self were somtime confused in between.
When I speak with Chinese, I stammer because I can't remember the terms in
Chinese but English.
Personally I don't like to speak Chinese with English terms, since it make
others may feels uncomfortable.
don't know if you guys have the same problem?
I worry because I wondering if it will interfere my social chatting.
