標題[文法] 現在完成式

請問現在完成式的問題？
She
has written 10 books.
She has had 10 books.
意思都是她到目前為止寫了10本書？
這兩種可以通用嗎？
另外
She has been married three times.
為何不能寫成
She has married three times.
