標題[請益] 既不 也不 (兩者皆無) 怎麼表達較好

Both the left hand and the right foot were not injured.
Neither the left hand nor the right foot was injured.
如果要講的是兩者皆無受傷
到底哪一句比較正確
還是比較好?
