標題[字辨] 預算是~以下 less than/under/within

各位大大您好,
想請教如果購物時說我的預算是在500元以下,
比如我想找500元以下的茶杯.
請問"以下"應該怎麼表達?
我查了一下google,
有用less than,有用under,也有用within.
請問這3種在口語上或正場合中都可以用嗎?或是有什麼差別呢?
