標題[文法] 小說內某句文法解析詢問

最近讀到一本小說
其中裡面有一句
I stared at the blank page and tried to think of some strategies
for getting started.
我想問的是最後面的getting started
get+ing 是因為介系詞在前面，所以動名詞的表現
那started 要哪一個文法解釋呢？
在這裡有點卡關了，請求協助
