標題[單字] 香精該用哪個字?

我在Taipei Times的新聞中看到賓漢香料公司的英文是Pin Han Perfumery Co
查了Perfumery得到了這兩個結果
1. The action or business of producing or selling perfumes
2. A store or store department that sells perfumes
在食物中使用"香精"的香精該用Perfumery嗎?
用香料的spice; condiments; seasonings 這些也覺得怪怪的。
