標題[文法] 有關係代名詞的兩個句子

想請問含有關係代名詞的兩個句子。
原來的句子是 You mentioned the man. 你提到這個人。
The man happens to be my uncle. 這個人碰巧是我叔叔。
用關係代名詞(whom)連接兩句，變成
The man whom you mentioned happens to be my uncle. 你提到的那個人碰巧是我叔叔
。
但是，用who似乎也行，變成是
You mentioned the man who happens to be my uncle.
文法看來沒有錯，可是意思有跟上句(whom)一樣嗎?
用who連接兩句也可以嗎?
